About Anil Ambani

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani is an Indian business leader who transformed the country's telecommunications, infrastructure, and financial landscapes during the early twenty-first century. Born in Mumbai to legendary industrialist Dhirubhai Ambani, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School before joining Reliance Industries in 1983. Following the corporate demerger of the family conglomerate in 2006, Ambani established the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, aggressively expanding operations in key economic sectors. He also oversaw Reliance Power, leading the company through a historic initial public offering in 2008 that attracted immense public interest. Furthermore, Ambani broadened his footprint into global entertainment by co-producing major international films with Hollywood director Steven Spielberg's DreamWorks Studios.
