Biological age measures how old your body actually is at a cellular and physiological level — as opposed to your chronological age (how many years since you were born). The two can differ by 10 years or more in either direction, depending on your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep quality, and diet.
Chronological age is simply a count of days since birth. Biological age — also called physiological age or epigenetic age — measures how efficiently your body's systems are actually functioning.
